Your dog or cat isn't simply another pet; it is a member of the family. Luckily, more agents wrapped up in Gig Harbor real estate are responding to this. Often, a buyer will take their pets to all of the homes they view and to an agents office. A pet should be as comfortable in a new home as the family will.

In certain cases Gig Harbor real estate agents will go one step further to make sure Fido has a safe place to live. For example, when a "real" fence was not permitted on a piece of property, one agent contacted a "invisible dog fence" company.

Pet treats or a Petco gift card are included in closing gift baskets by many agents. Others sponsor animals in the names of former clients or give money to resuce shelters. Agents have become more pet-focused because many homeowners also own pets.
