I am sure you have seen the national news headlines or read my recent posts about the real estate market . The overall outcome of all of this is, the market is not crashing, it is simply cooling down. New and existing homes are both selling, just not at the rate and price that they were at this time last year.

Home sales are anticipated to remain at historically high levels, even though sales will shift until the end of this year. March showed more sales than earlier months based on data from NAR (National Association of Realtors).. The market is "clearly stabilizing," reported a NAR spokesperson.
