If you have not read my recent posts about the Gig Harbor real estate market, then You ought to have noticed the national real estate headlines. No matter what you hear, remember,, the market is not crashing, it is simply cooling down. Both new and existing homes are selling, however, one year ago, they were selling at a quicker rate and a higher price.

The number of Sales are likely to continue to be at historically high levels, although sales will vary until the end of this year. March yielded in more sales than past months based on information from NAR (National Association of Realtors).. A representative from NAR cited that the real estate market is "clearly stabilizing."
