Several downtown residents are saying goodbye to city living. Plenty of Americans, including owners of Gig Harbor homes are looking for more than the city has to offer. Country living is becoming popular for everybody trying to break away from city pressures.

Some of rural growth is due to city dwellers who have decided to escape to the countryside. Several folks want to drive to nearby cities for work but others decide to change their lifestyle totally and live on acreage with horses, goats, and roosters.

Shopping centers, movie theaters, and other forms of entertainment and nightlife are tough to find in small communities, however in most cases, a bigger city is just a short drive away. If you are interested in selling your Gig Harbor home and heading towards the country, please let us know.
