The majority of college graduates, ages 25-34, hold residing in a desirable location higher than employment opportunities, based on information from a recent report. Approximately 64 percent of respondents said they would look for a job in a place where they would want to live while 36 percent stated that the location was a secondary thought when looking for employment.

When looking for a suitable place to settle down, the overall quality of life is an important aspect. Being clean, appealing, secure, reasonably priced, and welcoming are all included in quality of life. Additional factors in selecting a place to live are, demographics, practical travel times, and good places to bring up kids.

This new info just might mean a boost to Gig Harbor real estate .

In an attempt to help teachers invest in a piece of Gig Harbor real estate , a new initiative has been released recently. The actuality of owning a home is a long way off, especially since the average salary for first-year teachers is $31,794.

Teaming together, lending and title companies want to provide mortgage options for educators. Those in the field of education can now take advantage of special loan programs created by certain companies. Teaching in one of the most underpaid profession in the country. These types of special programs give teachers the option of buying a home nearby their school, with their present salary.
