If you have not seen my previous posts in regards to the Gig Harbor real estate market, then You must have noticed the national news headlines. Regardless of what you hear, the market is cooling, not crashing. New and existing homes are both selling, but, at this time last year, they were selling at a quicker rate and a greater price.

Home sales are likely to stay at historically high levels, even though sales will fluctuate until the end of this year. Based on data from NAR (National Association of Realtors), Last month displayed more sales than past months. A representative from NAR stated that the real estate market is "clearly stabilizing."
