A larger amount search the Internet to find a certain real estate agent, research comparable prices, use an online appraisal, or learn about specific communities. Several seniors move 50 miles away or less and roughly 80 remain in their home state. The most favored states for seniors to move to are Florida, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Georgia, and New Mexico.
