A huge factor in selling your Gig Harbor home is the total size of the closet. Often times a tiny or jam-packed closet will turn off prospective buyers. There are a couple of things you can do to make your closet more alluring.

First off, apply the two-thirds rule; keep closets no more than two-thirds full. Clean through all closets, cupboards, and cabinets and clear out everything that is not used on a regular basis. Neatly organize hats, hand bags, clothes, etc., and put seasonal clothes into storage. Install a light in the closet and paint the inside a cheery, neutral color. Make everything appear orderly by putting in identical hangers. Make sure a buyer can see their personal items in your space and allow them to see the potential of a closet.
