When selling your Gig Harbor home , the size of your closet is a vital factor. A potential buyer will be turned away by a small or packed closet. To make your closet more attractive, there are several things you can do.

First off, implement the two-thirds rule; keep closets no more than two-thirds full. Clean out all closets, cupboards, and cabinets and clear out everything that is not used on a daily basis. Neatly organize hats, purses, shoes, etc., and put seasonal clothes into storage. Paint the inside of the closet a bright, neutral color and install a light. Make everything seem orderly by using identical hangers. Make sure a buyer can imagine their belongings in your space and allow them to see the potential of a closet.
