Based on a new report, the majority of college-educated people, ages 25-34, hold living in a desirable location higher than employment opportunities. About 36 percent of respondents stated that the location was a secondary concern when searching for a job while 64 percent said that they would find a job in a place where they would like to live.

While searching for a suitable place to settle down, the entire quality of life is a crutial ingredient. Being clean, appealing, safe, affordable, and sociable are all included in quality of life. Other features in selecting a place to live are, demographics, practical commute times, and great places to bring up kids.

This new info just might mean a boost to Gig Harbor real estate .
