If you haven't seen my other posts about the Gig Harbor real estate market, then I am sure you have noticed the national news stories. No matter what you hear, remember,, the market is not crashing, it is simply cooling down. Both new and existing homes are selling, but, at this time last year, they were selling at a quicker rate and a greater price.
Home sales are expected to stay at historically high levels, though sales will vary until the end of this year. March exhibited more sales than earlier months according to NAR (National Association of Realtors).. A NAR head stated that the market is "clearly stabilizing."
