Some areas are turning to the past for city design. Ancient cities were designed in a rectangular block with a system of roads, public and private buildings, a theater, and an amphitheater.
Developers, and anybody interested in Gig Harbor real estate , should keep in mind that some elements of design are enduring and shouldn't be forgotten.
